Gorobo and Digigoro TV Dungeon Signups (OPEN)
Somewhere in the TV World, the landshape shifts... as the emotional instability, and their own desire to conceal their true feelings of two individuals reaches its apex, a dungeon spawns... or is it two? Soon enough, the truth shall be revealed...
Hello all! This has been a long time coming, but Lox and myself are going to be running the plots for Gorobo (Falcon) and Digigoro (Wolf) TV Dungeons! In order to make this run as smooth as possible, and not let the plot lament for months on end, we've decided to go with signups and deadlines. That way, everyone knows what's up, and don't have to worry about the whens and hows.
'But wait, what if something comes up and I can't finish a thread before a deadline?'
Good question! In order to let everyone RP at their own pace, but still keep things within a reasonable timeframe, I will make a hub for these plotlines, where players can submit a summary of what they/their team did on a given thread. That way, everyone has an idea about what happened previously, and can go ahead with what happens next, while, if desired, the players involved in the thread can continue RPing at their leisure. The hub will also serve as the place where all plotlines will be played, and contain the necessary information for players to decide what to do OOCly.
Ideally, the schedule will go as follows:
15/3/25 (today): Signups open. These will stay open until the hub goes up. Players can use this to OOCly plan what they'd like their characters to do, who will be on what team, etc. To sign up, simply state as much with the character(s) you want to bring below.
21/3/25: Hub goes up.
22/3/25: Toplevel of Gorobo and Digigoro's disappearance. General catch-all for players to have their character react to the disappearances, and their appearances on the Midnight Channel, as well as to ICly create a team/plan/etc
29/3/25: Toplevels for the dungeons. Characters will discover one dungeon that, when entered, splits into two distinct dungeons. ICly, they will not know what path leads to who, but we will provide info OOCly for players to make a decision later in this signup.
5/4/25: Toplevels for the confontation with the Shadows.
12/4/25: Resolution toplevels. Characters can speak to Gorobo or Digigoro after the fact, or with one another to discuss what happened.
Most likely, the larger threads will use a claim system, whereas if characters have smaller threads (an individual character reacting to the midnight channel with another one, a network post, etc), we will leave tag order up to player discretion.
Now, on to the dungeons and how they function:
As stated before, Gorobo and Digigoro will appear to 'share' a dungeon. As the characters approach it, they will notice that they appear to enter a city overtaken by jungle. The city appears to be like modern Tokyo, but is overtaken by trees, bushes, vines, and plants in general. After a bit of travel, they will arrive at a laboratory.
As soon as they enter, they will notice one thing: there are two paths to take. There is a staircase, and one way goes up, while another goes down. For Digigoro, characters will need to take the staircase down. For Gorobo, they will need to ascend upwards. Once they reach the first floor of their respective choice, the dungeons of Digigoro and Gorobo will start proper. Details for both dungeons, including how the Shadows will behave, and what needs to be done to successfully finish the dungeon, can be found in the documents linked below.

That said for the Digigoro final fight, both Shiho and Vampire!Ren have a persona (or more than one in Ren's case) that has light attacks, so either of them could be useful in that fight.
So I guess if either of them are needed, be sure to let me know.

I don't have a strong preference for where either of mine end up. I'd like to sign them both up if possible, but obviously not in the same dungeon. Though if I had to choose between them, then Shiho can go.
Let's see how many people are signed up with each of them, and go from there. =3
