Future Kaitou's letter to his younger self

You're likely wondering what happened and why you missed christmas and possibly new years. Well the Velvet Room decided to throw some time shenanigans, and had me, your future self, take your place. There's a lot I need to say to you, regardless if I disappear from existance or not.
A lot happens in 500 years, and not just in technology. There's not enough space to write everything that happens, plus I don't think you would want to know that much anyway. But I will tell what you really would want to know.
As you would expect, aside from our parents, humans friends, Sojiro, Maruki, and Zenkichi have passed away, so has Ann, Makoto, Haru, and Futaba. Ann and Makoto did live the longest, but there's only so much being were-folk can extend your lifespan. However you are not alone. Yusuke, who is now (unoffical) husband, Ryuji, Morgana, Sumire, Toshiro, and Akechi are still around.
Yes, you read that right. Maruki was wrong about Akechi being dead all along. He was complete full of shit when he claimed he "created" Akechi as your wish. Turns out he did survive, but Maruki altering reality caused some memory loss. It came back after the world was saved again, and Akechi joined the Shadow Operatives. We ran into him during summer vacation with Zenkichi to deal with the Jails. He didn't stick around, but it was still nice to see him and have him help out with one of the jails. Especially since Sumire was stuck with training camp and couldn't help.
Also Zenkichi turned into a werewolf when he awakened to his persona. Shocker, I know.
Now that I've told you what you would want to know, now I have to tell you what you don't want to hear. It's for your own good.
It's indeed the case that a mental block is why you couldn't figure out how to fly without using your personas while training to fight Fatalis. But that mental block is your own doing. I know you're scared to lose control of yourself. That if you let yourself go, and allow yourself to feed on people and not blood bags Tae-san have provided sometimes, that you will turn into a full monster. One that will hurt those you love as well as hurt innocent people. But that isn't you and will never be you.
If you want to truly get stronger, you gotta let go of your fear, and fully accept yourself. Denying yourself is only going to eventually turn Satanael back into your shadow, and either you gain a palace or a dungeon in the TV World. Only then will you be able to actually fly, gain Raoul, and even freeze rooms. You might say
"But I do accept myself!", and that would be a lie and you know it.
That is all I wanted to say and I have no regrets if I'm gone because of the future changing. I've lived long enough and I'm sure you will have a good future as well.
